User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the norecoil.ru website (hereinafter - "Operator") and users (hereinafter - "User") in the context of providing software and auxiliary applications (hereinafter - "Auxiliary Application" or "Product").

By using the website and the Auxiliary Application, the User confirms that they have read and accept the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the website and the Auxiliary Application.

1. Description of Services

The website administration provides services for launching and installing software on the internet. We do NOT sell activation keys or licenses for software. Our services consist of technical support, launching and configuring auxiliary software that allows the User to gain advantages in computer games through various auxiliary functions that affect gameplay.

2. Basic Website Rules

2.1. The Operator reserves the right to change, terminate or suspend the operation of individual functions of the Auxiliary Application at any time without prior notice to the User.

2.2. In case of software detection, no refund will be issued.

2.3. In case of account block or ban of the User, no refund will be issued.

2.4. The Operator is not responsible for non-compliance of the User's system characteristics with the requirements specified in the Product description, and no refund will be issued.

2.5. No refund will be issued and no exchange will be made if the User purchased the wrong product.

2.6. The Operator does not refund money if the Auxiliary Application has suspended its operation for any reason.

2.7. Compensation is possible only at the discretion of the Operator and in cases that the Operator deems appropriate.

2.8. In case of problems with using the Auxiliary Application, the Operator provides assistance through remote access. The User's refusal to provide access to their device means that no refund will be issued.

2.9. If the Auxiliary Application has recorded an attempt to hack or other unauthorized intervention by the User, no refund will be issued.

3. Termination of Use

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the website and the Auxiliary Application. Continued use of the website or the Auxiliary Application means full acceptance by the User of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

4. Final Provisions

4.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. The User undertakes to regularly familiarize themselves with the terms of the Agreement.

4.2. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. In case of disputes or disagreements related to the use of the website or the Auxiliary Application, the parties undertake to try to resolve them through negotiations.

5. Main Purpose of the Website and Services

5.1. The website administration provides exclusively services for launching and installing software on the internet. We do NOT sell activation keys, licenses or software. Our activities consist of providing technical services: launching, installing, configuring and technical support of auxiliary software. We strive to provide Users with professional support and assistance in using the Auxiliary Application, including consultations and help in resolving problems.

5.2. All services provided through the website are aimed at improving the user experience and are not intended for use in violation of game rules or other rules and conditions established by game developers. Users accept responsibility for compliance with all laws and rules in the process of using the Auxiliary Application.

5.3. The Operator does not support or approve the use of the Auxiliary Application for the purpose of violating game rules or gaining unfair advantages.

5.4. The User understands and accepts that any actions taken by them using the Auxiliary Application are at their own risk, and the Operator is not responsible for consequences that may arise as a result of such actions.
